What we collect

If you fill in the audit request form on this site, we receive the name, work email, company, role, annual media spend range, and the description of the problem you chose or wrote. Nothing else on this site collects personal information.

We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers, or session recording on this site. There is no cookie banner because we do not set tracking cookies.

What we do with it

Form submissions are delivered by email to MediaMix.ai staff so we can reply to you. The data controller is Marketing Science Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company trading as MediaMix.ai. We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver that email. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list or an automated sequence.

If we go on to work together, any data you share for a measurement engagement is governed by the agreement we sign, not by this page.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are retained in our mailbox. Ask us to delete yours and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@mediamix.ai and we will respond.
